The first time we set up a Daily Foodzz stand — at Indusfood exhibition in Delhi, back in 2024 — I remember standing behind the counter that first morning, quietly wondering whether anyone would stop. You spend months on the product, the packaging, the freezing, and then it all comes down to a few square metres of carpet and whether a buyer walking the aisle decides you’re worth their time.
They stopped. And what I didn’t fully grasp that morning was how much those few square metres would come to shape the way we’ve built this company — one conversation, one handshake, one show floor at a time.

Two years on, that first stand has become a habit we have no intention of breaking. We went back to Indus the next year, and again this year. We took the brand to SIAL in Delhi and then to Mumbai, and to World Food India, twice. There’s a rhythm to it now: pack the samples, print the new labels, book the freight, and go stand behind the counter again. I’ve come to believe there’s something a buyer can read in that rhythm, even when we never say it aloud. A company that turns up once is testing the water. A company that turns up every season, in city after city, has decided who it is.
One of the moments I’m proudest of came at Indus Food in 2025, when the Chairman of APEDA — the government authority behind India’s processed-food exports — visited our stand.

For a young brand, having the people who set the standards for Indian food exports stop by and take you seriously is its own quiet form of validation. It told us we were building inside the system, not on the edge of it.
Then came Dubai. Gulfood is a different scale altogether — one of the largest food exhibitions on earth, the room where the Gulf and much of the world come to source. Standing on that floor as an Indian frozen-food maker, among thousands of exhibitors, is humbling and clarifying in equal measure. It’s also where we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Vikas Khanna.

That meeting meant a great deal to us — not least because so much of what we make is shaped by a chef’s eye to begin with. My co-founder is a chef; our products start in a kitchen, not a spreadsheet. Meeting someone who has carried Indian food to some of the world’s finest tables felt like a nod in a direction we already believed in.
From the Gulf, the map kept widening — IFE in London, and Macfrut in Italy.

Europe asks harder questions: about specification, about consistency, about whether you can hold a standard container after container, season after season. They’re good questions to be asked. They make you sharper.
Which brings us to Moscow. This September we’ll be at WorldFood Moscow, at Crocus Expo, Pavilion 3, from the 15th to the 18th [confirm stand no.]. Russia is a market we’ve been moving toward deliberately, not by accident — our range of frozen vegetables, French fries, corn and Alphonso mango suits it well, and we’ve done the work on labelling and compliance to arrive ready rather than hopeful.
People sometimes ask why a manufacturer spends so much time on the road. The honest answer is that this business isn’t really built in the factory — it’s built at the table, across from the person who’s going to put their name on what we make. We can talk all day about being a manufacturer rather than a trader, about private label, about our certifications and the export flag-off we celebrated with APEDA earlier this year. But none of it lands the way ten minutes at a stand does, when a buyer picks up a pack, asks the real questions, and decides they can trust the people behind it.
So if our paths haven’t crossed yet, I hope they will — in Moscow this month, or wherever we set up next. The samples will be out, and we’ll have plenty to talk about.
Come and find us.
Daily Foodzz manufactures frozen and processed foods in India — IQF vegetables, French fries, corn and mango — for private-label and own-brand export. To meet us at WorldFood Moscow 2026, or to request our range and specifications, write to [export@dailyfoodzz.com].
A few questions we’re often asked
Which exhibitions has Daily Foodzz taken part in? Indus Food, SIAL India and World Food India across Delhi and Mumbai, Gulfood in Dubai, IFE in London and Macfrut in Italy — and, next, WorldFood Moscow 2026.
Will you be at WorldFood Moscow 2026? Yes — Crocus Expo, Pavilion 3, from 15–18 September 2026.
Do you export frozen food internationally, and do you offer white label? Yes to both. We’re an Indian manufacturer (not a trader) of frozen and processed foods, and white label — your brand, your packaging — is at the core of what we do.
